I believe that true healing and transformation are possible when we approach our struggles with compassion and openness. My journey and lived experience, alongside training as a yoga and meditation teacher, holistic health coach, and trauma-informed practitioner, has shown me that we all have the capacity to grow and heal.
As a wellness advocate on social media and a volunteer at a suicide helpline, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strength. I'm the author of The Will to Live Project and Trimester Zero, a meditation teacher on Insight Timer, offer coaching, personal and corporate astrology and tarot readings. I am also a Virtual Doula for preconception, pregnancy and post-partum!

My work is about creating a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and rediscover your inner strength.

Lived Experience
Alongside my professional training and qualifications, my work is deeply informed by my own lived experiences. I have navigated the complexities of childhood and adult abuse and sexual violence, domestic violence, miscarriage, mobility-limiting chronic illness and pain, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, natural disaster, profound bereavement, and medical trauma, including long-term post-surgical amnesia. These experiences have shaped my approach, fostering a compassionate, authentic, and trauma-aware space for others walking difficult and courageous paths. I honour and hold deep respect for those who have walked these difficult roads before me, and for everyone carrying untold stories.
