SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date signed below, by and
between:
Rebecca Wild (“Service Provider”), and the individual receiving the services, hereinafter
referred to as the "Client".
1. Services Provided
Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with the following services (as outlined in the
Client’s booking or request), which may include but are not limited to:
● Life Coaching
● Astrology Readings
● Tarot Readings
These services aim to support the Client in personal and/or spiritual development, however,
they are not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or other professional assistance.
2. Payment Terms
● PaymentDueDate: Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services.
● NoRefundPolicy: All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of whether the
Client completes the sessions or services.
3. Client Confidentiality & Data Protection
● All personal information shared by the Client is kept strictly confidential and used only for
the purpose of providing services.
● Service Provider will store Client data only for as long as necessary to complete services
or as required by law.
● Service Provider is GDPR compliant and handles all Client information in line with GDPR
regulations.
4. Insurance
● Service Provider maintains professional indemnity insurance for the provision of services
to the Client.
5. Limitation of Liability
● TheClient understands and agrees that the services provided by the Service Provider
are for educational and entertainment purposes only. The Client acknowledges that they
are solely responsible for their personal and professional decisions, actions, and
outcomes.
● Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from the use of services.
6. Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations cannot be refunded, only rescheduled if at least 24 hours notice is given.
Should the Service Provider need to reschedule, they will notify the Client as soon as
possible and arrange a new time.
● If the Client wishes to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Any
missed sessions without such notice may be forfeited without refund.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and/or scheduling services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. This
Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior
discussions, promises, or representations related to the services provided.
